LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: CROUBIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF CROUBIE WAS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR WAS INFORMED THAT THEY COULD OCCUR. IN ALL INSTANCES, CROUBIE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY FAUCET OR HOSE SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY - SINKS
CROUBIE guarantees the original consumer that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its entire lifetime, under the following conditions:
The product must be installed by professional installers with adequate training for such installations.
Installation should follow CROUBIE’s Installation Guide in a residential setting, free from damage caused by improper installation, modification, negligence, or intentional actions by the installer.
Product failure or damage should not result from misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, improper cleaning, or use of damaging cleaning agents.
Damage should not be due to incorrect shipping, packaging, handling, use of unauthorized replacement parts, or uncontrollable environmental factors beyond CROUBIE's influence.
If CROUBIE is presented with satisfactory evidence proving both the product's defectiveness and the claimant being the original consumer, CROUBIE will replace the product with a new one of the same design or of equal value, as determined by CROUBIE. Prior to fulfilling its warranty commitment, CROUBIE reserves the right to inspect all products for defects. This lifetime limited warranty does not cover commercial use, or residential use beyond typical home environments. Normal wear and tear, such as scuffs and scratches during use, are not covered by this warranty. CROUBIE's warranty pertains solely to the product. CROUBIE is not liable for any consequential or incidental damage to counters, tile, marble, or other adjacent surfaces during the removal or reinstallation of the product, nor for any labor or incidental costs associated with these actions. Moreover, CROUBIE is not responsible for postage or shipping costs related to product returns. Compliance with Building Code or Plumbing Code requirements in any jurisdiction falls under the responsibility of the consumer or their installer. This warranty is the sole liability of CROUBIE towards the original consumer and does not extend to any other parties beyond the original consumer. It applies only to the initial installation immediately after purchase from CROUBIE, not to subsequent installations. The original consumer is granted specific legal rights through this warranty, which, to the extent permitted by law, is the only warranty provided by CROUBIE. If permitted by law, this warranty supersedes and replaces any warranties mandated by applicable legislation, including statutory warranties of merchantable quality or fitness for a specific purpose.
